Online orders are shipped via UPS and USPS. 

Orders are shipped within 1-2 days of receipt of order and shipped via the requested shipping method on your order.  Orders placed after 3PM PST will be shipped the following business day.

Our goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase from SOTA Offroad. If, for any reason, you are not, you can return the item and we will issue you one of the following, full refund, store credit or exchange to choose another item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received and the item must also be in the original packaging. You must request a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery of items. All returns require a RETURN AUTHORIZATION, items returned without prior authorization will not be refunded. CONTACT US AT FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION.

Refunds will not be issued for any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. Authorized returns will be refunded according to the cost paid for the item at the time of purchase.

Item(s) purchased from must be returned at the customers expense in new, unused condition with original tags still attached.

What Items are returnable?

  • Items within 30 Days of order received
  • All tags attached if applicable
  • Unused / unwashed product  – apparel items
  • Packaging intact
  • Wheels are in same condition as shipped

What items not returnable?

  • Items that have been washed
  • Visibly been worn (stains, heavily wrinkled)
  • Items without a Return Authorization form

Returns for Exchanges: Some items from SOTA Offroad are eligible for exchange. Please contact us at with your order number and the item you would liket to exchange and our team will get back to you. 

Once your return is received and inspected by the SOTA Offroad Returns Department (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will email you regarding the return.

When shipping your item(s) back please include:

A copy of the Return Authorization and copy of packing ship or order form

All returns are dependent on condition of product upon inspection.

Please allow 3-5 business days from when it is delivered for your return to be processed.

Customers are responsible to pay shipping fees when a return for exchange/store credit is requested.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All returns are to be shipped via traceable mail in a secure package to the address noted on the return or provide by our customer service team. (We are not liable for packages lost in transit; please have a tracking number for your reference and proof).
